We at Educrat IAS Academy believe in structured learning process and follow a model of 70-20-10. We understand that only classroom sessions are not enough for gaining in-depth knowledge required to crack the most prestigious exam in the country. It becomes critical that other avenues of learning are also incorporated in aspirants’ curriculum for enhancing their pool of knowledge as well as building perspective on different issues and topics.

Learning is imparted through our group of experienced mentors who guide the aspirants to understand their areas of strength and weakness and accordingly aim and plan to improve weak areas. They also address queries and concerns that the aspirants might have while they are progressing on their preparation journey. We also conduct regular mock tests to ensure that the learning is imbibed by the aspirants and they are well prepared to apply the knowledge in an exam-like environment.
Learning is imparted by sharing relevant study materials, books and journals, internet resources, pointers for self-study. All this will help the aspirants to gain knowledge beyond the topics covered in classroom sessions.
