My Sincere Gratitude to Educrat IAS Academy, Kolkata

Saima Khan, AIR 165, CSE 2023, Offline Classroom Student of Foundation Batch 2019-20, Educrat IAS Academy

Hello, I am Saima Khan from Kolkata. I joined Educrat IAS Academy in the year 2019 after my second attempt for UPSC CSE. After failing my first attempt, I considered moving to Delhi to prepare, but the thought of all the hassle put me off. That’s when I decided to search for a reliable study guide. I came across the Educrat IAS Academy, which really helped me understand the UPSC exam.

My time at Educrat IAS Academy has been fantastic. Preparing for the UPSC exam can feel overwhelming, especially at the beginning when you’re not sure where to start or what to do. But here at Educrat, I found clarity. They gave me a clear strategy for preparation and excellent guidance from mentors, which helped me a lot. The environment there is really supportive too.

One big reason to choose Educrat IAS Academy in Kolkata is that it keeps you close to your family, unlike Delhi where you might feel isolated. In Delhi, there’s a lot of pressure due to competition and being away from your familiar surroundings. But by joining Educrat, you get the same quality of coaching and guidance as you would in Delhi, right here in Kolkata, and I’ve seen it myself.

Secondly, the mentors. The mentors at Educrat IAS Academy are really great at teaching and helping you understand the subjects needed for UPSC exams. Many students come from different backgrounds, and some subjects can be hard to grasp. That’s why the mentors start from the basics and are always available, even on apps like Telegram and WhatsApp, even outside of class time.

Another reason is the competition. The students at Educrat IAS Academy are really talented. Being around such bright minds creates a competitive environment that prepares you well. If you do well at Educrat, you’re likely to do well on a national level too.

The teachers, students, and the whole setting at Educrat come together to make studying for the UPSC exam enjoyable. It’s not just about studying; it’s about learning and growing. It’s like going on a learning adventure while being in a supportive and comfortable place.

They not only help you academically but also encourage personal growth because you’ll eventually have to face a personality test. Both of these aspects have been incredibly helpful for me. Overall, my experience has been really positive.

As the Educrat IAS Academy classes began, I started feeling more sure of myself. In the first class, we talked about the syllabus, which is like the ultimate guide for UPSC exams. Without it, studying can feel all over the place. If we don’t know what to study, how can we become experts?
